29. A sports federation or unaffiliated sports body, after rendering a decision in accordance with its safety regulations, shall transmit a copy thereof to the person affected by the decision within 10 days following the decision and inform the person that an application for a review by the Minister may be filed within 30 days of receiving copy of the decision.
